This agreement governs your participation in The Prophets Institute mentorship program (“Program”), operated by Prophet Lovy Ministries, Inc. Contact: mentorship@prophetlovy.com

By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in this Program, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be legally bound by the terms below.

SECTION I – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ORGANIZATION INFORMATION

2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Prophets Institute is a faith-based prophetic mentorship and discipleship program delivered through digital platforms, including the Telegram membership portal.

The Program is offered in two tracks:

• Foundations Track – $500/month

• Acceleration Track – $1,500/month (application and approval required)

Participation is conditional upon acceptance, ongoing compliance, and payment.

3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or deny applications

• Remove members at our discretion

• Modify eligibility requirements

Acceptance into the either Track is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time.

4. SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE REQUIREMENTS

Participation requires adherence to mandatory spiritual disciplines, including but not limited to:

• Fasting twice weekly

• Daily prayer and tongues

• Daily Bible reading

• Completion of assignments

Failure to comply with participation requirements constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

5. COMMUNITY RULES & CONDUCT

You agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality

• Follow all prophetic boundaries

• Refrain from solicitation or promotion

• Respect leadership and fellow members

• Avoid manipulation, coercion, or misuse of spiritual authority

Violations may result in immediate removal.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 REFUNDS
Due to the digital, immediate-access nature of the Program, all payments are final and non-refundable once access is granted. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to proprietary digital content, community access, and live or recorded instruction, and therefore waive the right to refunds except where required by law.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Monthly membership fees

• Partial months

• Removal for misconduct

• Voluntary withdrawal

• Missed sessions

• Dissatisfaction with teaching style, frequency, or access

By enrolling, you expressly waive all chargebacks and refund claims.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually

• Failure to pay results in immediate suspension

• We reserve the right to cancel access for nonpayment

You are responsible for keeping payment information current. Upon successful enrollment, members receive immediate access to proprietary digital materials, private community channels, recorded teachings, and scheduled live sessions delivered electronically.

For programs requiring an application or approval, payment does not guarantee acceptance. If an applicant is not accepted prior to receiving access, any pre-authorization charges will be voided or refunded within a reasonable processing period.

7.3. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date by using the account cancellation tools provided in the membership platform or by emailing mentorship@prophetlovy.com at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations prevent future charges only and do not entitle you to refunds for prior or current billing periods.

8. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCESS OR RESULTS

8.1 Access Disclaimer

Access to Prophet Lovy Elias is:

• Not guaranteed

• Not scheduled upon request

• Spirit-led and discretionary

8.2 Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Spiritual outcomes

• Personal prophecy

• Healing

• Deliverance

• Ministry success

Participation does not promise results.

9. NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Program does not provide:

• Medical advice

• Mental health counseling

• Legal advice

• Financial or investment advice

You acknowledge full personal responsibility for your decisions.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is the exclusive property of Prophet Lovy Ministries, Inc.

You may not:

• Copy

• Record

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Sell

• Teach derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• Rule violations

• Disruptive behavior

• Breach of confidentiality

• Failure to comply with disciplines

• Conduct detrimental to the community

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

• We are not liable for emotional, spiritual, psychological, or financial outcomes

• You release Prophet Lovy Ministries, Inc and officers, employees, and related persons from all related claims

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prophet Lovy Ministries, Inc., its officers, staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your participation or misconduct.

14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

SECTION II – PRIVACY POLICY

16. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect:

• Name, email, payment details

• Application responses

• Uploaded videos

• Participation activity

• Communications within the platform

17. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is used to:

• Manage membership access

• Process payments

• Communicate program updates

• Ensure safety and compliance

• Improve program delivery

We do not sell your personal information.

18. DATA SHARING

We may share information only with:

• Platform providers (Launchpass, Telegram, Stripe)

• Legal authorities if required

• Internal admin staff

19. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

20. YOUR RIGHTS

You may request:

• Access to your data

• Correction of inaccuracies

• Deletion where legally permissible

23. COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP

All content provided through The Prophets Institute, including but not limited to:

• Video teachings

• Live session recordings

• Audio content

• Written materials

• Assessments (including PISFA)

• Curriculum, assignments, and frameworks

• Community posts and proprietary methods

are the exclusive intellectual property of Prophet Lovy Ministries, Inc., unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any Program content is strictly prohibited.

24. REPEAT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate membership

• Permanently ban access

• Pursue legal remedies

against any member found to be a repeat copyright infringer.

25. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce copyright or DMCA provisions in one instance does not constitute a waiver of our rights in future instances.

26. ADDITIONAL REMEDIES

DMCA compliance does not limit our ability to pursue additional legal or equitable remedies, including injunctions, damages, and account termination.

27. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in The Prophets Institute, you acknowledge that:

• All materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action

• DMCA enforcement is actively monitored

SECTION V –  PARTICIPATION, FILMING & MEDIA NOTICE

By entering or participating in any service, event, meeting, online session, or broadcast associated with Prophet Lovy Ministries, or affiliated entities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual impact.

• You waive and release all claims arising from participation, prophetic ministry, spoken or written content, physical contact, or experiences, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• You consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, and/or live-streamed, including your voice, likeness, and any interactions, whether in-person or digital.

• You grant permission for such media to be used, reproduced, distributed, and published for lawful purposes, including ministry communications, broadcasts, marketing, and promotion, without compensation.

This notice applies to all physical and digital participation, including live events, rented venues, online platforms, livestreams, and rebroadcasts.

By your presence or participation, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this notice on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor child(ren).

SECTION VI – FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By clicking “I Agree,” enrolling, or participating, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood all sections

• You accept the no-refund policy

• You agree to all rules and conditions

• You acknowledge participation is voluntary and Spirit-led

Important: This is a paid, subscription-based digital mentorship program. Charges recur automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. No refunds are provided once access is granted. Cancelation can be done by your online profile from launchpass or emailing mentorship@prophetlovy.com
